Welcoming Dana Clarke

We are excited to welcome Dana Clarke to our growing team.

Dana brings a ton of experience from her time with Bell Canada, the City of Barrie, and most recently the Town of Adjala-Tosorontio where she was the Digital Government Lead. 

Dana has a 20-year history of using technology, process optimization and digital transformation to design and optimize customer and corporate services. She has led major software implementations, including ERP and billing applications, customer portal and middleware solutions, as well as more focused technology solutions for digital services and process improvement projects.

Dana is an innovator through and through. With a passion for human-centred design and organizational psychology, she is an experienced facilitator, trainer, change leader and project manager with experience in a wide range of methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, innovation and Design Thinking. A community builder, she has established and led leadership and innovation programs and is one of the founders of the Municipal Innovators Community - a national learning and support network for innovators.
