Welcome Rhonda Bunn

We are so thrilled to welcome Rhonda Bunn to the Perry Group team as a Senior Consultant.

We have long admired Rhonda’s skills and abilities. She is a passionate leader of organizational transformation with a vision of leveraging people, process and technology to ignite positive change and inspire progressive solutions. 

Most recently, Rhonda was the first Executive Director of Innovate Barrie, a portfolio that included the IT department, the HR department and a Centre for Continuous Improvement. She was previously CIO at the City of Kitchener.  

Rhonda is a Western graduate who brings over 25 years of IT industry experience. She was instrumental in leading ERP change management initiatives for a large Canadian consumer packaged goods company. Rhonda is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and her extensive background in strategy, change management, business transformation and governance has played a critical role in many of her senior leadership tenures.
