Fall Projects Roundup - October 2020

Things continue to be busier than ever at Perry Group HQ.

We have teams working on a vast array of work, with new projects all over the country including Customer Service strategy planning work with the City of Guelph and Digital Strategy at the Region of Halton. We are working with Waterloo Region on Development Tracking system requirements and business case. Plus something new for us, Enterprise Architecture planning and support to the Government of Yukon.

We are also working on a variety of municipal modernization projects finishing up in Orillia, and working with Kincardine, Georgian Bay, Fort Erie, Parry Sound, Leeds and Grenville, and at Haldimand County.

On these projects we are using our Business Process Optimization methodology, and training people in these organizations to use our methodology going forward - which is exciting.

We couldn’t be more thrilled to be helping so many of our friends in municipal governments large and small figure out how to leverage technology and digital to their advantage.
