Projects Roundup - June
Summer has finally peeked from behind the clouds here at Perry Group HQ.
We’ve been pretty busy during the spring, so here is a roundup of some of the work that we’ve been doing.
We are working with the Town of Ajax on a new Technology Strategy.
We have also recently started work on an IT Strategy at the City of Oshawa. We will be busy in Oshawa as our team has also partnered with Ergo Information Consultants on an Information Management Strategy at Oshawa.
We are closing up a similar Information and Data Management Strategy project with Ergo at the City of Burlington. This has been interesting for our teams and for the City as our partnership with Ergo has combined their records and information management expertise and our data management knowledge and perspective - which we think is a fairly unique proposition.
We have been working with the City of Sudbury to explore and build a business case and establish the budget to migrate to a modern collaboration and communications environment.
We are working with the Town of Halton Hills helping them develop an RFP for a new web and digital services platform.
We are continuing work with the City of Markham conducting a number of GIS process reviews and are working with the County of Huron on developing a GIS Strategy.
We completed a number of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity projects. We wrote about our work with Grey County on this topic in our most recent case study.
We have wrapped up our work on the City of Brampton’s Technology and Digital strategy of which we are immensely proud. We’ll post more about that shortly.
We are also wrapping up work on the Digital Strategy with Environmental Services at the Region of York. We will be starting work on a Data Strategy with the same team in the fall.
We are excited - we are busy and growing. If there is anything that we can help you with - please get in touch.
