Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning Services

Our team is fortunate that one of our principal consultants (Gary Walker) has deep domain experience in Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery planning. Gary is one of only 200 Certified Business Continuity Professionals in Canada accredited with the Disaster Recovery Institute.

We have developed an IT Service Continuity Assessment and Planning process (which encapsulates BC and DR) that helps municipalities tackle this troublesome area which we have found often tends to be neglected. An online portal, hosted by us combines assessment results, provides trending scorecards, stores BIA's and recovery plans and risk assessments. The portal helps IT Management actively manage the plan, which all to often in the past have become stale documents on the shelf.

We have worked with a range of clients  including the City of Burlington and the Ontario Pension Board, and we are proud to be currently working with Grey County, the Town of Caledon and the Town of Whitby.
