A Guide to Being a Business Relationship Manager
At the MISA Ontario Conference (2018) there was much talk about the importance of Business Relationship Management - a thing we've been banging the drum about for many years.
Over the years we have helped several clients establish a BRM program, create job descriptions and recruit for positions.
One such client we helped by providing a guide to being a BRM document as they started up their program. I've shared this with a number of people in the community and thought it would be useful to share more broadly. So here it is.
